For instance, our team often builds song playlists together. This allows us to pick a theme, such as 'songs from your youth,' and people are able to submit tracks, and the team can then listen to this playlist at any time during the week. This allows our team to get to know one another and their music tastes; we then discuss our playlist in our team's retrospective at the end of our sprints. This allows people to feel connected even though we might be thousands of miles away from one another.
